What we collect, what we don't, and why.
Last updated: 13 May 2026.
We only collect the information we need to ship Fuselink to you and answer your messages. We don't sell your data, we don't use ad trackers, and we don't share your data with third parties beyond the postal carrier and our payment processor.
The Fuselink device itself does not phone home. The only time it talks to the internet at all is when you deliberately put it into Wi-Fi recovery mode and join it to your Wi-Fi: it then makes a single secure check with fuselink.uk for a firmware update, and downloads one if available. That check identifies the device by a serial number so we can confirm it's a genuine Fuselink — it carries no personal information, and we don't link it to you as a customer.
That's it. No advertising networks, no analytics resellers.
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (subject to legal record-keeping). Email hello@fuselink.uk.
If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
