1. Who you're buying from

Fuselink is sold by the operator of fuselink.uk. For questions on these terms write to hello@fuselink.uk.

2. Price and payment

The advertised price is £99 inclusive of UK VAT, with free UK delivery. We accept payment by Stripe-hosted card link, which we send by email after you place an order. We don't store card details.

For orders outside the UK, contact us first — VAT and shipping vary.

3. Delivery

UK orders dispatch within 2 working days of payment, by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, contact us and we'll resend or refund.

4. Returns

You may return Fuselink within 30 days of delivery for any reason, in any condition. Send the unit and supplied cable back to us; we refund the full purchase price (less the cost of return postage, which you cover). Refunds are paid within 5 working days of the unit reaching us.

5. Warranty

Fuselink carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. We will repair or replace the unit, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, exposure to water, operation outside the documented temperature range, or connection to non-standard wiring.

6. Compatibility

Fuselink is designed for use with Victron Cerbo GX devices running Venus OS v3.0 or newer, in combination with one or more Victron Lynx Distributors. We describe compatibility in good faith but Victron may change their hardware or firmware in future versions. If a future Venus OS release breaks Fuselink, we will publish a firmware update where it is technically possible to do so.

7. Liability

Fuselink is a read-only telemetry device. It does not control charging, inverter behaviour, or any other equipment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product, except where excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
